Quick GWNA Meeting & Kids Halloween Celebration

Hello all,

To continue the momentum from last week’s GWNA/Beacon Block Club/CAPS meeting, we thought we’d squeeze in another short session before this Tuesday’s CAPS meeting at Truman. Please join us if you are interested in learning more about community safety actions and more; here’s the agenda:

Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Truman College Cafeteria

6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
— Recap of last week’s meeting with Q&A
— Discussion of upcoming Kids Halloween Celebration* at Sunnyside Mall
— Meet and greet

7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
— CAPS meeting

• NOTE: We’re planning to have a Kids Halloween Celebration at Sunnyside Mall on Saturday 10/30 at 10:30 AM. Kids can dress up in their costumes and we’ll have some games, do some pumpkin decorating and then have a short parade around the neighborhood.
